Cabinet painting
Kitchen and bathroom cabinets cleaned, sanded, primed and sprayed in a hard-wearing finish, the doors done in our shop.

Painting sound wood cabinets changes a kitchen for a fraction of the cost of new ones. It only lasts when the preparation is done right, because cabinet doors are handled every day and kitchens are full of grease.
How it is done
- Labeling: every door and drawer front numbered, hinges and hardware bagged with it.
- Cleaning: years of grease removed with a degreaser, then rinsed.
- Sanding and primer: the old finish scuffed and a bonding primer applied, so the paint grips.
- Spraying: doors and fronts sprayed in our shop, laid flat to dry without drips; frames brushed and rolled in place with the kitchen masked off.
- Back together: doors hung and adjusted, new hardware fitted if you chose some.
Choosing a color
Cabinets are the largest surface in a kitchen, so the color matters more than on a wall. We paint a sample door for you to see in your own light before we start.
